The Boom Shankar Carmen Dress in Circulo is a midi dress splashed with oversized, irregular polka dots in apple green and cream. A double drawstring waist ruches in for shape, with a gathered round neck and brass keyhole tie back framing the bodice. The skirt falls into a wide, gathered hem, with side pockets and back darts for a flattering fit.
